Reiki is beneficial in assisting children with processing emotions, self regulation, sleep challenges, self-soothing, grounding their energy and connecting with self. Particularly good for children diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, Anxiety or Gifted and/or Connected to Spirit.

About the event
Reiki Workshop for Kids
During this workshop children will be taught about Reiki, what it is, how it works and how to use it as a tool for healing, connection and fun.
The children will have the opportunity to be attuned to Level 1 Reiki (with their permission) and taught simple and practical wayss in which they can use it on themselves.
Reiki is beneficial in assisting them with processing emotions, self regulation, sleep challenges, self soothing, grounding their energy and connecting with self.
This workshop will be fun, hands on, interactive and they will experience both giving and receiving reiki with new friends.
It will include:
- Kids meditation practises
- Breathing activities for kids
- Reiki level 1 attunement (with children's permission)
- Safe practises when using Reiki
- A visual guide for practising at home
Investment for this workshop is $199.00
