Reiki Level 1 Certification

Reiki Level 1 is the first step in becoming a practitioner, or to aide you in your own self healing journey. It will open up your spiritual path, aligning you to your highest emobodiment in this life time.

During the Level 1 course you will learn:

-What Reiki is, how it works and the incredible benefits of this unviversal energy

-The history of Reiki, how it began and it's journey into Western Culture

-About the "Auric" field, seeing energy and recognising energetic blocks

-About the Chakra system and how to identify the energy flowing throughout the chakras and the physical body

-How to use your innate abilities to guide you in a Reiki session, enabling you to bring in your own energy signature to your healing modality

-Receive a Reiki attunement that allows you to open your channel for Reiki to flow

-How to use Reiki for self healing

-How to give Reiki to others

-Techniques for grounding, clearing and protection

-Other tools and practices that will enhance your energy and Reiki journey.

You will also receive a manual and guide to assist you with your level 1 journey, as well as a certification on completion of this course.

This course will be held at "The Heart of Living", 12 Hastings Road, Bogangar
