Creating life requires a lot of energy and giving of self. It can be exhausting on the body and the nervous system, bringing up all sorts of emotions and old self sabotaging patterns. Becoming a mother really begins at the point of conception and women get to be acknowledged and supported through this journey and Rite of Passage.

The time of going it alone, feeling isolated, exhausted, hormonal and drained during pregnancy is done. I mean of course whatever needs to surface, will definitely do so…
