FREE Parents Circle - both mums and dads are welcome

I’ve had lots of interest in this beautiful free supportive circle for parents. 

I’ve held 100s of women’s circles. And the power of coming together to do nothing but share from the heart (be seen and heard, without judgment) is incredible. 

We will begin with a short meditation to drop out of the mind and into the heart. I will provide a topic of reflection and this will be the theme of the circle. I will send this out to your registered email prior to the call. This is a confidential and safe space. It is not a space for giving advice yet simply witnessing and experiencing the power of presence and expression. 

When we gather in circle in this way, magical things can happen.
