About the event
This event is for parents to attend with their children to be able to empower them with knowledge and tools to understand and express their emotions.
ALL humans have emotions, it's what is so special about the human experience. It is how we understand, manage and process them that matters most.
As a teacher in the education system I have seen many children experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, stress along with the day to challenges that come with school and family life in our modern society.
During this interactive workshop (with both parents and children) we will learn:

How do they impact me and my choices?
