At the heart of connection is presence. Through yoga we drop out of the mind and into the body. What better way to connect with a friend or partner than by doing this together. Along with the blissful sounds and vibrations created by Citadel Music who will be guiding us on our journeys together.

About the event
Join us for an evening of presence, deep connection and live music.
Angela will guide us into presence with each other through our breath, eye gazing and a deeply nourishing partner sequence. Your body will leave feeling spacious, open and nurtured. We will assist each other to get deeper in our stretches through a slow and gentle flow.
Larissa will be playing and singing throughout the class to gently awaken the soul through her beautiful voice and vibration of sound.
The class is suited to all abilities and levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
