8-week course for parents to reduce stress, enhance your mental well-being and learn "8 Effective Tools" to create more harmony in your home.

Weekly topics will include:

1. Learning and growing from seeing the reflections of my children

2. Practising my own self-care and still being a great parent

3. How routine can create ease and flow in your home

4. Empowering your children through making their own choices 

5. Why children disconnect and don’t listen

6. Getting your children on the same team

7. Why boundaries keep your children safe

8. How to influence your children towards positive outcomes

What does it involve?

-1 x weekly pre-recorded video (approx 20 mins) to watch in your own time whilst out walking, washing the dishes or however you can fit it in

-1 x weekly Q and A for support 

-1 x weekly in-home challenge/tools to implement

THIS STRUCTURE IS TO MAKE IT AS FLEXIBLE AND EASY TO DO FOR PARENTS AS POSSIBLE!

There will also be a private Facebook community of support.
